I love that I don't know you
I do not know you at all
Your name remains unknown and unchanged
But I will never forget your face

We met but there was no meeting
We just passed, we touched and I prepared to fall

We talked like we were family
But we never breathed a word
Your presence was like an ancient song
That I had never heard

There was a heavy sense of de' ja vu
In our blissfull silence you felt it too

As a beautiful stranger, you never gave away
Your identity, putting faith in destiny

That if it was meant to be
Then we would later meet
Again, on some later date

I am very amazed at this poem, it came to me from the heart and it was written in less than 5 minutes. It's about the faith that humanity must put into destiny. If two people are supposed to meet, destiny will bring them together.

It's a beautiful poem. I indulged in writing it. ]
